Property prices for rent in Western Australia region
The average rent price in the Western Australia region has had a strong fall in recent months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Western Australia has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was $4.93. The following month (November) the price rose to $5.65 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable fall of 20 % in the rent price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant fall of 31 %. The average price for the following two months (December, January) fell 94 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from $703.25 to $706.5 during February and March.

The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 50 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of $1.08 / m².
