Property prices for sale in Queensland region

The price per m² in Queensland has increased in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was $1,856. The following month (November) the price increased to $2,130 per m². The following two months (December, January) there has been a deflation of 87 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 122 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of $1,863 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of $2,267.5 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
