The rent prices in real estate in Cable Beach, in the Western Australia region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per m² in Cable Beach has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was $1.14. In November this price barely changed remaining at $1.19 per m². The price for the following two months in (December, January) fell 94 % with regard to the previous two months. The price per m² has had a considerable rise of 149 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of $1.13 to $1.68 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Cable Beach (suburbs), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is $920. In November This price remains at $897. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from $908.5 to $886. During the last two months, the average price has fallen with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has fallen 95 %, going from $897.25 to $851 in February and March.
