The rent prices in real estate in North Sydney, in the New South Wales region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per m² in North Sydney has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was $1.63. In October this price barely changed remaining at $1.65 per m². The price for the following two months in (November, December) had a considerable rise of 151 %. The price per m² has had a considerable rise of 297 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of $2.06 to $6.11 during January, and February.
When referring to the price in North Sydney (suburbs), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during September, the average price is $676. In October This price remains at $683. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable fall of 76 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from $597.25 to $408, which means a 68 % fall.
The graph displaying the average rent price for bedrooms illustrates that those properties with 1 bedroom are the most expensive ones. At a price of $364 they are 89 % more expensive than the average price for North Sydney. Following this ranking we find those properties with 2 at an average price of $934. Based on the bedrooms values, properties with the most expensive rent prices are those with 3 bedrooms. They are 258 % more expensive than the average aforementioned.
