Property prices for rent in Rockdale (New South Wales)
The rent prices in real estate in Rockdale, in the New South Wales region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per m² in Rockdale has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was $0.16. In the following month the price per m² rose considerably to $1.8. In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from $0.98 to $1 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable fall of 51 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months.
