In the following two months the price per m² has risen 111 %, going from $0.51 to $0.56 per m². The price per m² has fallen 87 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of $0.54 to $0.47 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Waikiki (suburbs), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is $490. In November This price remains at $493. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average rise from $491.5 to $533.5. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of $512.5 and $499.5 between February and March.
