Property prices for rent in Australian Capital Territory region
The average rent price in the Australian Capital Territory region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Australian Capital Territory has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was $1.02. In December the price barely changed remaining at $0.97 per m². The following two months (January, February) went through a rise of 109 % in the rent price per m² rising from $1 to $1.08 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant rise of 142 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of $1.04 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of $1.48 per m² for the last two months (March, April).

In December the price remains at $614. In the following two months the average price practically remained the same compared to the previous two going from $606.5 to $630. During the last two months the price has gone up 112 % compared to the previous average values going from $618.25 a $692 in March y April.
