The average rent price in the Queensland region has had a slight rise in recent months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Queensland has risen in the last 6 months. During May, the average price per m² was $1.18. The following month (June) the price rose to $1.27 per m². The price per m² for the following two months barely changed going from $1.23 to $1.24 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has risen 110 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price $1.23 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price $1.35 per m² for the last two months (September, October).
