Property prices for rent in Queensland region
The average rent price in the Queensland region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Queensland has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was $19.19. The following month (December) the price had a considerable rise reaching $146.1 per m². In the following two months (January, February) the rent price per m² has increased notably to a 212 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has risen 108 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price $128.81 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price $139.75 per m² for the last two months (March, April).
