Property prices for sale in Tasmania region
The average price in the Tasmania region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per m² in Tasmania has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was $601. The following month the price decreased to $565 per m².
