Property prices for sale in Tasmania region
The average price in the Tasmania region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Tasmania has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was $565. In December the price pretty much stayed the same at $573 per m². In the following two months (January, February) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 124 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 140 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of $636.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of $894 per m² for the last two months (March, April).
